We understand it can often be difficult in making sure that a garment is exact size and colour you require before purchase which is why we offer the option for you to first pick up a sample.
This allows you and your staff to first make sure the garment is a comfortable fit and the colour you're expected before any customization taking place.
If a garment is first printed or embroidered with your logo and you then find the size or colour isn’t to your liking, this garment will be ineligible for a refund.
Once you have purchased a sample, you can either return it to us for a full refund (as long as it’s within 14 days from point of purchase) or have the garment returned for personalization and used as part of larger order.
